Important Dates

Check Reissue Request Deadline
Friday, July 19, 2024 If you were issued a settlement payment and have not cashed your check, you must submit your request for a reissued check to the Administrator no later than Friday, July 19, 2024.
Exclusion Deadline
Saturday, February 18, 2023 You must complete and mail your request for exclusion form so that it is postmarked no later than Saturday, February 18, 2023.
Objection Deadline
Monday, March 20, 2023 You must mail your objection(s) and/or notice of intent to appear at the Final Approval Hearing so that it/they are postmarked no later than Monday, March 20, 2023.
Final Approval Hearing Date
